Listing your app

What you get

• A page for your app with every plan, screenshots, reviews and what people keep by switching.
• A place on the right shelves: the swap page for the tool you replace, your category, and filters like “pay once” or “free”.
• A dofollow link to your site. We don’t ask for a link back.
• A “Hand-checked” mark, renewed every week as we recheck your price.

What qualifies

• The cheapest paid plan is $5 a month or less. Free plans are welcome, and free-only apps are too.
• No plan for one person costs more than $10 a month. Team or business tiers above that are fine; we just don’t count them. Pay-once plans can be up to $49.
• Web, desktop or mobile apps all count. Source code you buy and host yourself doesn’t.
• Flat pricing. Usage-based or metered pricing isn’t accepted.
• It works today: sign-up, the main feature and payment. No waitlists.

Most apps here replace a well-known tool. We call those swaps. New ideas that don’t replace anything are welcome too, in Originals.

How it works

1. Sign in with your email. No password; we send a code.
2. Show it’s yours. If you sign in with an email on your app’s domain, that’s it. Otherwise, a one-time code to a domain email, a DNS record or a meta tag.
3. Fill in your listing. About five minutes. Drafts save as you type, and you see how your card will look.
4. We check it. A person signs up, tries the main feature and compares your plans with your pricing page. Usually within a few days.
5. It goes live. Or we tell you exactly what to change, and you send it back.

Already listed by us?

We list good cheap apps we find ourselves. If yours is one, open its page and choose “Claim”. You verify with an email on your domain, a DNS record or a meta tag. Prefer not to be listed? Ask us to remove it from the same page and it’s gone within 48 hours.
